Store Policies
In Store Check Out
Since all in store sales are final we offer an in store item check out. We will let you take
home and try out up to three items (this excludes consignment items and all furniture) for
three days in exchange for a check (not credit cards) for the amount of the item(s). We hold
your check in our drawer until the three days expire. This gives the customer a chance to try
out the items in their home before purchasing. If the customer is satisfied with the item(s)
we would appreciate a quick phone call letting us know your keeping the item(s) or you may
return within the 3 days and pay for the item using your credit card or Cash if you prefer. If
we do not hear from you, we will deposit your check on the fourth day. So come on it and
don't forget your check book!
Lay-Away
We offer a lay-away payment plan for a 30 day period for individual items priced over
100.00. Limit layaway items to 3 items at a time. Cash or Check ONLY for down payment
of lay-away.
Lay-aways not paid within the 30 days set out by contract, will be charged a restocking fee pf
15% effective 31st day after contract.
Online Shipping
Wild West World only ships priority in order to keep our shipping prices low.
Online Item Returns
Within 72 hours of payment a customer may request to return merchandise purchased from
Wild West World. The customer must request a RN and receive an RN number within 72
hours of item delivery . When reshipping, the merchandise must be returned to Wild West
World in its original condition and packaging to receive refund. We will deduct the original
shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee from your refund. Customer must pay for return
shipment. If items are broken or damaged in any way the refund will be denied, and it will
be the customers responsibility to file a damage claim with shipping company.
If merchandise is returned without receiving an RN number within the 72 hours from Wild
West World the refund will be denied.
